  • the level and rating where applicable; and
  • the fixed price of the account in KES.
There are no fees for posting a listing on the platform. Anyone can register and post an ad free of charge. However, only ads relating to the sale of freelancing accounts are allowed. Ads of any other kind will be removed without notice.
The phone number and email address you use to sign up for your account are automatically posted on the ad listing page. If you wish to be reached via alternative contact options, please specify this in the order description.
Yes, you are free to post your ad on other platforms. However, be sure to come back and mark your listing as sold. Remember, multiple reports of your listing being unavailable while listed as available on the website could lead to your account being suspended.
No. While selling the account online via our partner platform, Escrow Kenya is more convenient, secure and highly recommended, you can always agree to meet with the buyer and transact in person. You are, however, advised to exercise caution transacting with strangers. Meet in a safe public space and remain on high alert for the risk of drugging or kidnapping.
Ads do not have an expiry date. Once posted, an ad will remain live until the listing is marked as sold or deleted. You can manage your listings on your account dashboard.

For Buyers

While you can discuss with the seller and agree to meet, you are advised to take advantage of the “Buy” button that appears on every ad listing page. We have partnered with Escrow Kenya to provide buyer protection services to all buyers on our platform. When you pay via Escrow Kenya, the amount will be held securely by the company until you receive, verify and secure the account credentials. If anything goes wrong and the order remains unfulfilled, you can raise a dispute with Escrow Kenya and get your money back.
You can contact the seller via email by clicking the “Email Seller” button or on phone by clicking the “Call/Text Seller” button. Be careful dealing with sellers who provide different contact details in the ad description than the ones on the contact options.
While buyers are not strictly required to register on Accounts Place, you may need to register/login to view a seller’s phone number. This serves to protect the privacy of users of the platform. If you choose to take advantage of Escrow Kenya’s buyer protection, you may need to register separately with Escrow Kenya.
No, Accounts Place is a free ad listing platform. We do not charge buyers and sellers to use the service. However, Escrow Kenya may charge you escrow fees for the buyer protection service. Information about their pricing can be found on the company’s website.
Be cautious transacting with sellers who do not accept escrow payments. If you must proceed, ensure you meet in a safe public space and remain on high alert for the risk of drugging or kidnapping. NEVER send payments directly to the seller before you meet, even a deposit. If the seller rejects escrow payments and cannot meet and transact in person, you are better off buying from someone else. Always put your security and that of your money first.
